We have recently purchased the car from an insurance company with water damage announcement. We did not attempt to start the car because the key is missing and we don't know exactly how high the water level was. There are no signs of water in engine oil. The actual mileage on this TL is unknown, but the insurance company put 7000 miles on the paperwork. There are few scratches on the body - other than that it's perfect; NO accidents or previous paintwork! Overall, this is a great project for someone willing to put in time and effort to restore the vehicle and save thousands off retail.
