The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a great looking 1999 BMW 528i Sport with the 5-speed transmission. Some of the features in this car include the Leather Interior with Heated Seats, Power Sunroof, and Stereo with CD Changer. The owner did lots of extremely long distance driving, but despite the mileage this BMW runs, drives and looks like a 75,000 mile vehicle. The owner kept this 528 very well maintained, and this car is surprisingly clean. This is an excellent running BMW, and there aren’t any service warning lights on. The 2.8L engine runs very strong and smoothly. The transmission shifts perfectly and the clutch engages smoothly with lots of grab. A complete matching set of 17” Michelin tires were installed by the owner. The brake pads are all in excellent condition as well. The suspension and steering feel nice and tight, and this 528 drives beautifully. All of the power equipment and convenience options in this BMW have been checked and tested, and everything is working properly including the air conditioning. The exterior of this BMW is in terrific condition with nothing other than just minor imperfections. The paint is nice and glossy over the entire body, and is not faded out. The alloy wheels have some of the usual marks. There aren’t ant dents isn’t or body rust at all. The undercarriage is also clean and in excellent condition. The owner did keep up with the appearance of this BMW, and it still looks great. The interior has been very well maintained and is in great condition. All of the leather seats are soft and supple. The driver seat surfaces shows a good bit of wear but the seat is comfortable and not damaged otherwise. The carpeting is clean and in excellent condition throughout this car. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors inside this vehicle. The vehicle history report for this BMW is clean, and the title is clear without any liens or encumbrances. This car is in great condition and I wouldn’t hesitate to jump in and drive this 528 anywhere in the country. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $50, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer, cash in person, or certified personal check. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
