for sale here is a good condition 70 caddy convertible ..this car spent its first 38 years in the desert southwest..due to that the body, frame,,floor pans are solid ..the car needs a good buffing to get more life out of the paint job..the interior is good for a cruiser but the front seat will need a seat cover or have the leather replaced , the back seat is ok and has some years left in it ,,the carpet is sun faded and shows wear ,now with that being said , the car drives great and runs fine ,,there are many many new parts on it ,the convertible top is only a few years old as is it operating system it goes up and down great ..the power windows also work fine.. the caddy pwr seat adjustment works fine also .the trans was rebuilt and shifts fine ,the 472 engine runs great and has no issues ,,all the lights work fine ..the dash and door panels are fine ..all the glass on the car is good,all the hoses are new as are the belts ,,there is a new alt and volt reg,,all the stainless is in very good condition ,the bumpers are good with only a few scratches .the rear bumper has a small ding in it quarter size,,the car has all new brakes, new master cyl, new dunlop radial tires ,most of the front suspension has been replaced, there is a new exhaust system also ..the car starts right up and really does run down the road fine..i am selling this car at a low price because i just dont have the time to do what i want to it (slam it to the ground and trick paint lol) it is a good sat night cruiser ..i will post more photos when i get home, i work for speed tv and tvl some ..i also work the barrett jackson auctions and know alot about cars , to be honest this car is a great car to buy enjoy and turn it into what ever you want i just dont have the time anymore..i have video of a walk around of the car that i will be happy to sent to your cell just me mail me your number ,please ask all questions you have ..the car also comes with a trunk full of extra parts.a complete set of caddy wire hub caps,,7 new oil filters,new cap rotor points,,convertible top boot that will need to painted to match the car extra amfm radio ,new trunk weather seal..thank you for looking On Jul-15-13 at 10:54:30 PDT, seller added the following information: added today more photos of the 70 caddy the car is very solid with very little rust ,,being a honest person I even took a photo of the worst part on the car the drivers front fender behind wheel ,I took a blade and removed a few rust bubbles there to see what and how strong the metal was ..the guy I purchased it from a new your state trooper who was a liar and told me this car was perfect ,what a freaking bald face no integrity cop..so I am being up front ..ask any questions you have ..I just dropped the top and went for a cruise at 60 mph floats like a boat smooth and quite ...a great car for sat night cruises or a project car to repaint and keep original or slam it to the ground with trick paint and wheels the car will sell the buy it now is off do to a 6800 dollar bid ..thanks for looking ..my cell is 616-634-0182 for questions from serious buyers..On Jul-17-13 at 13:39:29 PDT, seller added the following information: please take a look at a few new photos of the car I took the trunk apart to find a very and I mean very solid trunk pan ..cleaned it a lil and sprayed it up it looks great also put on a new trunk weather seal..also took up the carpet to fine also very solid floor pans .I am posting the new photos ,,if you want a walk around video and one of me driving it from the local cruise nite please text me your cell number to my cell 616-634-0182 and I will sent those videos..the car is going to sell I suggest you put a bid in now ,,I do reserve the right to end the auction early as the car is for sale local ...the car is sold as is where is with no warranty expressed , written or implied ...oh just a side note the car runs good to the point I am having second thoughts about selling it and taking to the woodward dream cruise in aug lol...
