You are bidding on an 1972 Chevrolet Corvette Coupe. This great vehicle is powered by the NUMBERS matching 350 and TH400 AUTOMATIC transmission. It has only 102000 miles (exempt) and is equipped with Air Conditioning, Shoulder Harnesses, Tilt/Tele column, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Am/Fm radio, Rallye Wheels and much more. Car is ORANGE with SADDLE interior. This is a great restoration candidate that can easily be driven as you lightly restore or keep it original! Runs and drives great, stops well, shifts good. No mechanical issues. Starts right up and idles smooth. Drives incredible! All fluids changed, its ready to drive. Air Conditioning does not work nor does the radio. It has a new PA safety inspection and is ready to enjoy!This was a Hurricane Sandy flood victim having been flooded in the garage of a NJ home. When we received car, it ran and drove fine with no water in engine or transmission. We cleaned the car completely and serviced the vehicle. We also changed all fluids and had it fully inspected at an certified state facility. It pass reconstruction inspections and will be sold with a PA reconstructed title. This car is registerable as any normal car but please inspect your home states policies.Interior appears all original with the exception of door armrest repair panels and some aftermarket speakers in rear compartments. I will let the images speak for themselves but it is all there and gauges all work, and the interior presents itself very well for a 41 year old car. Dash is not cracked!Incredible as it is, the exterior has mostly original paint. Car appears to have some blended paint in places but is nearly all original. Has some checking and fade as you would expect. Paint looks better in pics that is in person as it needs paint. Body is sound but it has its share of checking paint and fiberglass cracks down low up front. HEADLIGHTS AND WIPER DOOR ALL WORK!Undercarriage is EXTREMELY nice. See images, no rot, clean frame! Windshield pillars also solid! Has recent replacement fiberglass rear spring, shocks and calipers look to have been replaced at some point. Dewitt aluminum radiator , engine dress up kit and replacement HEI tach drive distributer we also installed by a previous owner. What a great numbers matching restoration candidate!
