I am the third owner of this bike. I bought it on a whim three years ago. Awesome bike. At 48K brakes flushed, new plugs, oil and air filters, valve adjustment and throttle body sync all done. Has BMW cylinder guards (very nice) and MV "above the triple clamp" bar clamps. Also has MV mirror extenders. I am 6'5" and both of these modifications really worked well for me. Headlight has a small cloudy spot. Was a common problem if oyu hung a jacket over the headlight when it was still hot. Has a Centec AP-2 fuse panel installed. there is an always "hot" receptacle in the right side cover (I use this to power my GPS). Purchased a 2007 Aprilia Tuono Factory. That is the only reason for selling. I commuted on this bike for about 2 years. It never missed a beat and was a great bike on the highway, back roads, or busy street heading to work. I have about 400,000 miles riding on BMW motorcycles. This bike along with my 1999 R1100S rank as two of my all time BMW bikes.
