1955 Ford Customline. Rebuilt from a very nice rust free original California car. Brand new factory Chevy crate 4 bolt 350 engine, rebuilt 1991 Camaro 4L60 overdrive automatic trans. Teriffic driver and real looker. Completely reliable, drive anywhere. Stock V8 auto rear end which works great with the O/D trans. Rear end was just serviced and has a new pinion seal. Second to none double-stitched interior of ultra leather and heavy woven fabric inserts, matching heavy wind lacing, matching visors and seat belts. Trunk is fully finished to match. This is the type of interior you would expect in a $45,000.00 car. 5 hidden speakers. Stainless trim "Swift Sure" power brake pedal pad. Quiet and comfortable inside. You will love it inside this car and will never want to get out, it is that nice. Engine is still under warranty with just over 1,000 miles on it. The post break in oil and filter change was just done. Receipts and warranty available. Very good stock steering, exellent front end with newer parts. KYB gas adjust shocks all around. New steel gas tank and sending unit. No squeaks or rattles or vibrations. Professional engine and trans installation with bolt in tubular crossmember under the trans, and folded and stamped aftermarket mounts that use stock Chevy cushions. Recored 3 row radiator with 7 blade 18" fan, always runs cool. Classic 1957 Rams Horns exhaust manifolds professionally coated and will never discolor or rust. Eldelbrock Performer 600 CFM carb with electric choke and intake manifold. Chevy HEI distributor with cross fire cap. Platinum plugs. Flowcooler water pump. New fuel pump and degreed balancer. Aluminum coated exhaust with Magnaflows and chrome pencil tips. All new wires, hoses, filters and thermostat. New Powermaster starter and TCI flexplate. Dual chamber bolt in power boosted brakes, Corvette tandem master cylinder, bolt on Granada front discs. Car was converted to 12 volt with an aftermarket kit and has additional circuits for A/C, etc. High end Alpine AM FM CD clock, with MP3 port and remote mounted discreetly in new glovebox. Sounds great. Flush mount power antenna works automatically. Fabulous unmolested stock dash. Dash paint has been sanded and rubbed to a brilliant gloss. Speedo, turn signals, high beam indicator, horns work. Gas gauge works. MagicAire system has been reworked with new cables where needed and so the heat, defrost, and vents all work as they should. 12 volt heater motor with 2 speed switch. Factory option fresh air heater. New heater core and valve. Original air distributor and firewall insulation are like new. Restored steering wheel. Dennis Carpenter door, trunk, cowl, rear glass and windshield seals. New door and vent window glass, the rest of the glass is original and in nice condition, no cracks or separation. New door seal trim plates. All new window channels, windows go up and down and stay in place like new. New ignition switch and door locks, keyed to match. Trunk opens with electric switch under the dash. All exterior lights work. Dome light works. All dash lights work. Parking brake works. Front and rear bumpers, parking light housings, taillight housings and grille are re-chromed. New tailight lenses. New parking light lenses. Lexus paint has been sanded and rubbed to a brilliant gloss. Nosed and decked for the mild custom look. Please no trade offers.
