1985 Honda Shadow VT1100 in good condition. I put a new battery in it first of all. Then I had the carbs rebuilt and the brake and clutch fluid changed out because the bike has sat in a garage unused for the last few years. I also replaced all 4 of the turn signal rubber stems as they were all either worn or broken. The guy I bought it from brought it down from New York with him and transferred the tilte to himself in 2003. He was the second owner and kept up all the maintenance. He said he dropped it once and the only damage I see are a scuffed up tach cover and the right pipe has one ding in the front pipe and a scrape on the rear outlet. He did replace the leather on the seats and they look and feel great. I just gave my wife and then my mother in law a ride down the street and it rode great. There are no tags on it now but everything works including the temp gauge and gas gauge ( I just filled it up) and the horn blows loud and the turn signals work fine. Brakes work good as well. This bike just need a little case polishing and TLC. The rear tire is a Dunlop K627 140/90-15m/c 70H and the front tire is a Dunlop GoldSeal F11 110/90-18m/c 61H, both with more than 50% left. The paint looks good but does have some minor knicks and scratches. Overall an excellent daily driver with the potential to be more.
