I have a 1989 Honda VTR 250 for Sale. It has ~18000 Miles and the engine does turn over but it doesn't run. I'm pretty sure it's a petock issue since gas is not flowing further than that. I have all the cowls and parts and will thrown in a HJC Helmet if you take the original offer.
