We began Motor House in 1996. We have maintained a steady growth over the past decade and acquired a high rate of return clientele as well. Recently we decided to open our doors to a new market and extend our quality product and great service to eBay customers. Who am I buying from? Motor House is a privately owned dealership started by Paul Rogers in the summer of 1996. We have grown into a very successful dealership with over 300 vehicles. Where do you get your inventory? We buy most of our vehicles directly from leasing companies such as VW Credit, Audi Financial, Lexus Financial services, Honda Finance, Nissan Motor Credit, etc. Some of our vehicles are trade-ins to our dealership. Rest assured, all of our vehicles have full disclosure and are represented fairly. I am an out-of-state buyer. Do I pay Florida sales tax? No, you pay sales tax in your home state; you only owe us for the price of the car, doc fee, and any other accessories you purchase. I am an out of state buyer, and I want to fly in and pick up my car. How does the process work? Very simply, we must have a deposit on your vehicle to hold the car. We will arrange for airport pickup at the Fort Lauderdale, or Miami International Airport, and we will transport you to our location free of charge. I do not have time to fly to South Florida . I would like my vehicle shipped to me. How does this process work? Very simply, after receiving FULL PAYMENT and after you have signed all of the necessary documents pertaining to your purchase, we will release the vehicle to a shipping co. The shipping company will transport your vehicle to your destination. Most of the time the vehicle will take 7 to 14 days to arrive, depending on where you are located. The shipping company is insured, and this will provide some protection while the vehicle is being transported to you. We recommend you insure your vehicle before shipment. The vehicle will be inspected prior to pickup by the shipping company. Please inspect the vehicle at delivery for discrepancies. We give wholesale or trade-in value on your vehicle. There is a good chance you might get more selling it yourself, but with that comes headache and uncertainty. We will be as fair as we can be. What form of Cash Payments do you accept? We do not accept credit cards payments for full payment only deposits. We do accept bank wire transfers and Paypal. We partner through credit unions and major financial institutions that compete to provide the lowest rate possible. We do NOT provide Buy Here, Pay Here financing. Motor House tries very hard to get the best value for our customers. We also know that you get what you pay for in this business. We work hard for our customers and truly want you to be happy with your purchase. However, please remember that you are buying a used vehicle. This means there will be normal wear and tear associated with the vehicle's age, consisting of but not limited to the following issues: scratches, rock chips, wheel scuffs, painted bumpers, previous paintwork, dings, required maintenance, normal wear of leather seats and steering wheel leather, carpet (within reason), wear and tear on door handles, etc. We try very hard to describe these discrepancies but do not always catch them. So please ask us to do a "walk around" the car for you to thoroughly describe anything that might be of high concern to you. Also, remember that in most cases you will be spending money on your vehicle to have it running and looking in tip-top shape. Used cars and their manufacturers have their flaws!!! Also, because most of our inventory consists mostly of off-lease vehicles, we do not guarantee extra keys, floor mats, owner's manuals, jacks, etc. I cannot say this enough. Please expect to spend a little money on your new pre-owned vehicle! We prepare the vehicle for safety and check fluids such as oil for proper levels, however, we do not perform extensive maintenance on all of our vehicles. This would be cost prohibitive and result in higher prices for you. Deposit We require a $500.00 deposit to hold the vehicle of your choice. This is a non-refundable deposit unless the vehicle is grossly misrepresented. We are pretty easy to work with. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 business days. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Acceptable Payment Methods for Deposit consist of credit cards, Paypal and cash in person. Credit cards will be accepted for deposit or payment for an extended warranty only. No amount over $500 will be accepted on credit card. Binding Arbitration Agreement Please understand that all purchasers will sign a binding arbitration agreement. All arbitration issues will be handled in Broward County in the State of Florida. If you do not agree with this DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM US. These arbitration agreements are standard in the industry, and as a member of the Better Business Bureau will utilize fair arbitrators in the unlikely event there should be an issue. So far, we have yet to need to arbitrate an issue with a customer. Fees and Taxes There will be a $195.00 doc fee on all final purchases. This is non-negotiable and will be added to the final price. Florida residents add your local sales tax rate and a state title fees. **Sellers Disclaimer** We sell our vehicles as pre-owned as is unless other wise stated in our auctions.
