Up for auction is this 1994 Suzuki RMX 250 Enduro. THERE IS NO TITLE, I WILL PROVIDE BILL OF SALE ONLY. This bike has been sitting for a number of years in my neighbor Ted's garage. He bought the bike new while living in California and was the only owner until I recently bought it from him. He did not ride it a lot, just as a woods bike once in a while so motor should still be good and fresh. Ted is a former pro dirt tracker and knows his way around bikes, so I believe he kept this in good shape all in all. I think he hung it up to go golfing so it has just been sitting. The head light number plate is MIA, but odometer, cable and taillight in tact. I have decided I am to short, fat and old to ride it so am passing it along. The bike has not been started in a few years according to Ted, lots of Florida air surface oxidation and light corrosion, but nothing a day of clean up won't fix. The good news is that it did not sit with old fuel in the carb so it is nice and clean. I can smell old gas in tank so it will need to be drained and flushed. It kicks over fine with good compression. I understand besides the lighting coil, this bike also has an extra heavy flywheel for woods riding so it should make a great woods bike for someone. Also new rear knobby tire and race stand included. Please don't bid if you do not intend to follow through with purchase.
