We have only spotty service history from our shop plus some from the FREE CarFax attached to this listing. None of them show the timing belt being changed and the customer didn't note it on the trade-in information sheet. It starts right up as well as runs and drives around the lot BUT it needs some MAJOR REPAIRS: #1 The IMA battery has deteriorated and should be replaced. A brand new Honda battery is $2767 plus tax and there are 'aftermarket' replacement batteries online in the $900 - $1,200 range. #2 The catalytic converter is bad and a new Honda one is $1,397. Aftermarkets are obviously a lot less. #3 Our shop wants to replace the CVT transmission ($3,990 plus tax) since it has a "shudder" when engaged. #4 The fuel gauge sending unit may need to be replaced. It started but wouldn't run with the symptoms of being out of gas. Putting a gallon in the tank solved the problem but the gauge shows full. Sounds like maybe a visit to a local junkyard or online directory of them like Car-Part is in order! We left a few photo slots "open" in case we forgot something you'd like to see.
