I am relisting my car for sale for 3 days only. No Reserve. Please do not bid if you cannot pick this car and parts up; or if you have not talked it over with your wife first. I will not end the bidding early like I did last week, as it is no longer for sale locally. Call if you have questions or need more pictures. If there is no starting bid, I will push the car back in the corner again; (hopefully not for another 9 years). Please do not call to try and negotiate a lower price. Also, I am not interested in any trades. (I have too many vehicles already.) Thank you. For sale is a 55 Chevy Belair project car. Currently has a small block (307), mated to a turbo 400, sitting in it. It is an original V8/powerglide car built at the GM Kansas City plant. It has a clean Kansas title. I've owned this car since 2004 in the same condition as you see it. I have not had time to build it and don't know when I will. I did add side motor mounts, and the crossmember is easily moved to accomodate any trans. The front floor pans, rocker panels and quarter areas between wheel wells and doors have been replaced. The doors fit and shut beautifully. I have virtually every part to complete except a wiring harness; (I did find a NEW in-the-bag wiring harness for the dash). Have all the glass, stainless and interior. Original colors are dusk rose / ivory out, and gray / ivory inside, and has factory rear speaker. It was going to go red; then seafoam green; then that is when I aquired it. Power disc brakes up front, drum brakes and 3.55 posi in rear. Sway bars installed both front and rear. Many duplicate parts will be included. The front fenders on car have never been rusted. I am including another pair of fenders that need the eyebrows replaced. The bumpers are nice driver quality. Come and inspect to see what you'll get with a nice project. This could be parted out for a lot more than it can be bought for complete. Too many parts to show in pictures. Time and money will be saved by not starting with a rust bucket and searching for parts.
