FOR SALE AS IS - 1970 GT6+ GUN METAL BLUE VIN: KC750726 - CLEAR VA Title Odo.99,789 Regretfully Selling MY Weekend Grocery Getter - Great Little Car. If you are looking for a little Vintage Fun at a reasonable cost. This Triumph Gt6 could be for you, The inline 6 cylinders runs great - check the video to hear it running like a top. The brakes and suspension are in good shape - with a bunch of new parts included . The interior is clean and Great Condition but not original. The Gun Metal Blue Paint is dashing and shines up brilliantly - small nicks and dings are definitely present. The previous plum color is well covered but clearly not a a frame off respray.. The decals are magnets and don't come with the car - neither do the YELLOW FOG LIGHTS sorry.. OVERALL - a 7 - out of 10 - and you could drive it home at 65 - and look awesome - with kids yelling .. is that McMissle and others saying - i've never seen a spitfire coupe. You neighbors will think you bought a Maserati or Aston Martin. -- but it's always been a baby Ferrari to me and most likely irreplaceable. Matching Frame and Engine Numbers - This is a budget survivor. If i had the money I would get a FRAME OFF RESTO to keep it for ever - but the cost would exceed the value.. and one would have to do it for the love of the car. The value will be there maybe in 20 years.. THE OLD: No Services history or Records - just a weird love note to MARK?The Floors have patches all over but are solid and rubberized underneath - Surface Rust is Creeping Up in the paint. - 3 years - i'm guessing before a respray. or better - frame off.. media blast Horn does not work. It' might - by sale date Does it leak? of course it's British.. about the size of a silver dollar - under the rear diff.(and a small suspicion that the fuel pump needs a seal soon)It runs a little warm in the summer - but i haven't flushed the coolant - but have all new tubes and hose.. (included) Interior seats look great - but have been refurbished. THE NEW: Sale includes : Some Seriously WIDE REAR Rims and tyres, as well as two steelies for the front. Check out the pictures NEW Tyres on all 8 rims - under 100 miles on the set sitting on the car.New Stock Rear Shocks - Installed Corvette Air Shocks - Box of Goodies: Random Bits, All New Parts - things i can remember - NEW Wood Shifter, window cranks, tail light covers , air filters, spin on oil adaptor and filter, oil filters, points, manuals. Old Goodies - original bumpers front and back and fittings and extra passenger side door. WATCH THE VIDEO: Oil Pressure, Water Temp and all gauges working. YOU TUBE VIDEO THE CAR HAS NO WARRANTY AND IS SOLD AS IS - BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING PLEASE BID RESPONSIBLY - $500 Deposit is Non-Refundable Good Luck. On Jun-18-13 at 19:32:37 PDT, seller added the following information: SOME GOOD QUESTIONS FROM WATCHERS - I Thought I'd Share. No Overdrive - and No Side indicators - they never came with the car. I have no Idea if Valve Work has been done - so i put Lead Additive in.. you have to take everything - and i don't have the means to transport.. the car -On Jun-20-13 at 06:05:32 PDT, seller added the following information: My heart Sank This Morning.. So for all those asking.. 5k was my reserve :(... back to the questions.. no race heritage.. no anything.. purchased off ebay-- i have never taken it to the track.. it's tiny - old .. the floors are patched and it has no rollbar. and really just soft on the eyes for me-- i really just like looking at this car.. just coffee and cars and round about town. IT JUST LOOKS LIKE A RACE CAR - Because Like Your Father Would Say: Why do you like these old cars - all you do is spend time and money on them.. and at this point in life I have neither. The DECALS, THE DECALS - so this is what you do.. buy the decals you want .. by a roll of magnet paper.. stick - cut - place.. careful.. they do fly off..
