Up for Sale is this beautiful 1980 JEEP CJ5 Golden Eagle. This JEEP has a 4 speed manual transmission and has just under 79000 original miles. The JEEP was restored around 2008 with a rebuilt 304 motor installed in 2009. New front and rear gears were installed in 2011. A new Best Top soft top and bikini top are included. It has new best top high back seats in the front with matching seats in the rear. It also has a new center console as well as the original carpet. It is equipped with new 33" BF Goodrich tires as well as a matching spare. An Alpine CD player with removable face has been installed also. This JEEP has loads of chrome hinges and latches as well as chrome wheels. The motor is super clean and runs perfectly. Headers and chrome side pipes makes this gem look and sound great! This JEEP gets all the looks going down the road and is undoubtedly the best looking JEEP on the road. This JEEP has just a couple of things that keep it from being perfect. The factory clock does not work. Also, at some point after restoration, it looks like the drive shaft came apart and hit the floorboard. When this happened it punched a small gash which was fixed with a weld. It was then primed, painted and sprayed with undercoating. (I have attached pictures of this also) This JEEP is rust free and ready for a new home. I hate to see it go!!!!!!
