1991 Suzuki DR

There was no option for not having a title so I just clicked clear but the is NO title for this bike! For sale is a used 1991 suzuki dr 250 dual sport motorcycle. Ive had this bike for roughly 3 years now and have never had a chance to get to it and with recently purchasing a home I have no time to invest in this whatsoever. It currently is NOT running...it ran when I first bought it then havent tried to get it going in probably over a year. the engine does kickover. the clutch lever pulls easy but does not spring back on its own...? The exhaust is missing a adapter piece where the head pipe meets the muffler. I do not have a title or any paper work for this bike and the VIN is not readable. Also almost all the lights, except the headlight, had been removed prior to my ownership. It has 2607 miles on the odometer. The front fender is broke, it is held together by zip ties. Also, the seat is missing...I have looked everywhere and cannot seem to find it. The tires are in good shape and have held air since i bought the bike. The front brake works also. Besides the seat missing the bike seems to all be there just needs someone with some time to get her going again. Feel free to ask any questions.
