You are bidding on a 1966 VW bus that has lived in California it's entire life and has had meticulous care taken of it. It comes with over 40 pages of service and registration documentation including the original owners manual as you'll see in the pictures. It even comes with the original toolkit! The engine was rebuilt in 1986 per the documentation I received with the bus. If you look through the photos you will see that the original owner not only kept receipts, but a running log of all maintenance done and on what dates. I am the third owner of the bus, the second owner had it repainted using the factory original color scheme. The interior is in excellent condition. It has a new headliner and new seatbelts. This bus runs and drives better than 99% of all buses on the road today. The steering is tight, the brakes have no fluid leaks and stop with a firm pedal, and the engine starts on the first turn every time.
