***1971 Plymouth Road Runner BIG BLOCK 4 SPEED*** This is a beautiful original all numbers matching 383 4 speed 50K original mile '71 Roadrunner. There has been NO rust ever and it is a very nice survivor type car! It has loads of original documenting paperwork including the broadcast sheet, the dealer invoice, the dealer order sheet, the owners manual paperwork, owners manual, the warranty sheet, several pictures of when it was new and some receipts. The car has power steering, rear defog, am radio, tachometer, tinted glass all, racing mirror, bucket seats, console, pistol grip, 3.23 sure grip and more. As an original car that is in great condition it is obvious that it has been well cared for the last 42 years! I talked to the original owner himself and he told me that he had his brother order the car for him while he was still in Vietnam. When he got home the car was waiting for him! He immediately put the ET slot mag wheels on and a set of glass packs. The ET slots remain but I decided to put a new exhaust system on it because it was just too loud! The interior is nearly flawless, the body is clean and straight with some minor chips and such only because of normal driving over the years. It runs and drives perfect and has had a few items replaced from original like a new complete dual exhaust system, tires, battery and those original vintage ET slot mag wheels that are in near mint condition. The trunk is in mint original condition with NO rust ever and includes the original jack and spare tire. It is very rare for a factory Big Block 4 speed performance car to survive the hands of young drivers from back in the '70's and also to survive mother nature over the years. This car is an OUTSTANDING example of one such car! The color is Tawny Gold Metallic which is an unusual, sharp looking classy color especially when the sun is shinning on it. The interior is Black with some Grey accents. It has the factory original hood "383" decals and stripes along with the original rear bumper/valance Black out decals. It was ordered new in Owatonna, MN and appears to have stayed there up until a few years ago when it changed hands a few times between some collectors and enthusiasts. This car is an excellent original car. Never been disassembled and pieced back together. It's tight and true, nothing hiding to worry about. It needs nothing, you can get right in and enjoy!
