1983 Honda CB1100F I am helping a friend sell his beautiful one year only '83 CB 1100 F and will relay questions and inquiries to him about the bike. Here is his description: This bike is in exceptional condition and I bought it new. It is NOT dented, not scratched, not corroded or faded. This is truly a bike which is in near showroom condition. You've heard that before but this time you can believe it! The seat is original and can't be told from new. It proves that vinyl protectant and limited exposure to the sun and rain can do. This one owner bike has 20,xxx easy miles and has never been down or damaged in any way. Includes factory service manual, owners manual, tool kit and entire maintenance history. Show or go, it's your choice. Two items will eventually need attention: Both fork seals are beginning to leave traces of fork oil and will probably need replacement. Carburetion is not perfect. The carburetors have never been synchronized, so I suspect that having that done will improve their performance. It's still rides very nice but has a slight stumble that is barely noticeable but it is there. Things that have been replaced are the battery, the tires, the petcock and the gas cap. When stored the fuel is drained from carbs and tank and cylinders are fogged with oil and it's turned over regularly. This is a beautiful bike and it will be hard to see it be sold after all these years of ownership.
