Vehicle Detail
Up for sale is a 1966 Ford Mustang Convertible Barn Find. The car has been sitting in one of my relatives dry garage since 1988, and appears to be original except for the engine which was replaced with a 1969 Boss 302CID. The transmission is a C4 3 speed automatic. Mileage may not be accurate due to the vehicles age and the likelihood of the speedometer having been replaced. The car is in complete, operating condition and would be a great candidate for restoration. The interior appears to be original, so it could use attention. The floor pans could use replacement. The paint appears to be a very old re-spray, possibly just before it was parked. Engine runs well, and transmission shifts smoothly. The fluids and filters have all been changed/flushed - including in the differential- and the engine has had a tune up. The brakes were just replaced and brought back to working condition. BUYER IS ENCOURAGED TO INSPECT THE CAR BEFORE PURCHASING AND TO ASK FOR ANY NEEDED PICTURES OR QUESTIONS TO BE ANSWERED. Thanks and happy bidding!
