Up for bid is a rare Honda CBR600. These were actually called Honda Hurricanes when they came out and then was shortened to what we now know them as, CBR600's. This bike seems to be in nice shape where it will fire right on up and goes to a nice idle. The bike is completely stock and original. The fuel tank seems to have a nice shine to it with no damage. The lower fairings however do have a few scratches on each side due to what seems to be a mishap from time to time. The high/ low beam works fine, as does the horn, the directional and all the lights. This bike has a Speedometer, a Tachometer and a Temperature gauge. It also comes with an Odometer, a Tripmeter and warning lights for Oil, Side stand, High beam, Directionals and Neutral. This has a six-speed transmission to go with the four cylinder liquid-cooled motor. This may be a fantastic choice for a first time rider who doesn't want to shell out a whole lot of money for their first bike. It could also be a nice choice for someone with a smaller or different style bike who wants to get into the Supersport class without the $11,000 that a new CBR600 costs. The bodywork seems mostly intact and unbroken but a few pieces have loosened up over the years. The exhaust system was painted some years ago and is showing signs of age and could use another coat of high temp black to make it look as good as the rest of the bike. This bike came out of New Hampshire with means that state does not require a title for a motorcycle over 15 years old. But as a Massachusetts Licensed Dealer, our bill of sale and a notorized New Hampshire form TDMV 22A, which we will provide, is all you would need to register it in your own state. There is a little fluid seeping out from the front caliper and should be looked into at some point. Please note the close-up photographs to tell of the overall condition of this CBR.
