It's very hard to find a documented, original color combination, original sheet metal and matching numbers 1964 Chevelle Malibu SS. This car has a great story and is very special. Please read the description and check out all the photos. Please also check out my other ebay listings and positive feedback. Thank you.1964 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu SSIntroduction Hello, I’m Marc Schiliro the owner of MS CLASSIC CARS,LLC. You might recognize my name or my business name from beautiful classic cars and trucks I’ve listed for sale nationally. I’ve got 15 years of classic car and truck experience. I’d like to put that experience to work for you. Over the years I’ve featured many classic cars and trucks at multiple different auctions across the United States. I consign multiple classic cars and trucks at all four of the Barrett Jackson auto auctions every year. I’m considered one of the top consignors at Barrett Jackson. I’ve had many classic cars and trucks sell in the top 25 highest sale priced vehicles for each event. They’ve also offered some of my cars as the “Marc Schiliro Collection”. I was fortunate to have Speed TV at my new facility for an interview for Barrett Jackson that aired during the Barrett Jackson auto auction in Palm Beach 2012. I also have had many cars that have been featured in multiple magazines and multiple websites. I specialize in beautiful classic cars and trucks that have what I call “The Pop Factor”. I purchase classic cars and trucks that are finished, I redesign other people’s restorations and have also coordinated restorations from start to finish. I’m currently not doing full restorations as it takes too much time and money. I love what I do and I’m extremely passionate about it! I just opened a beautiful new facility located in Seekonk, MA. MS CLASSIC CARS is open to the public five days a week. We offer about 25 classic cars and trucks for sale with a few of them being on consignment. We also offer used cars, memorabilia and automotive detailing. Our facility is very neat and organized. When you call you deal directly with me. I appreciate the opportunity. Market 1024x768 Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE I've been collecting classic cars and trucks for over fifteen years now and have seen a lot happen. I've seen the hobby continue to grow not only at the auctions but also with the amount of television shows, magazines and websites that are related to classic cars in some form or another. I strongly believe the classic car market is a great place to invest in. When the economy is strong, the classic car market is extremely strong. When the economy isn't so strong the classic car market holds its own. I've sold classic cars and trucks in both economic conditions. The reason classic cars make such a great investment is because people are crazy about cars, especially the classics! I've learned it's not just the United States; it’s the entire world. Barrett Jackson stated, "Foreigners can sometimes represent 25% of the registered bidders at one of our auctions." At the Barrett Jackson in Scottsdale, AZ 2011 they stated, "There was a registered bidder from every state in the USA.” I've also learned that no matter the gender or age, all different people appreciate this hobby. Another example would be the Barrett Jackson auto auctions; not only do millions of people watch it live on the Speed Channel but hundreds of thousands of people attend these auctions. Every year the attendance of visitors at the event and number of viewers on T.V. increase. Over the years I've noticed that the extremely detailed classic cars have always commanded a higher price. Even people who don't have any classic car experience can recognize and appreciate attention to detail. Currently the overall market is on the raise once again. Certain classic cars are on the rise and others are on the decline. Typically, the classic cars that are on the rise are the cars that a lot of people don't own. In other words, there are classic cars that haven't saturated the market. The cars that are at every car show and auction and page on the Internet for sale are the ones that aren't changing in value or are slowly on the decline. Of course, if the car is spectacular it will command a higher price as I mentioned. It's all about supply and demand, not a good or bad economy. Custom cars have remained strong because each car is different from the next one. They each have their own character. “I’m putting my money where my mouth is” I’m just a 36 year old blue collar guy who was working full time selling new and used Mercedes Benz. I was selling my classic cars and trucks part time. Although I had my used car dealers license I didn’t have a facility that was open to the public. Overall things were going just fine. However, my dream was to open my own classic car and truck dealership. I decided to give up my full time job with health insurance and a 401K to open a new classic and truck dealership. I had to invest a ton of money to make that happen and now have a lot more overhead. Do you think I would’ve done all that if I didn’t think the classic car and truck market wasn’t going to remain strong? I consign anywhere from three to eight cars at each Barrett Jackson auto auction at no reserve because I know there’s always going to be bidders for classic cars and trucks. DescriptionExtremely Documented with broadcast sheet, registrations, title and owner’s manual! Two owner Washington car until March 2013! All the original sheet metal with factory stampings! Only one repaint in the original color of Azure Aqua! Mostly original interior! Completely Matching Numbers! Try to find a 1964 Chevelle Malibu SS like this one! MS CLASSIC CARS is proud to present a beautiful 1964 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu SS! Attention Chevelle collectors and enthusiasts. As my website indicates I’ve collected and sold well over 100 classic cars and trucks over the years. I’ve been searching for a documented 1964 Chevelle SS for a long time and finally was presented this gem. This car was found by a friend of mine who buys a few classic cars per year. He is very picky and has nice classic cars from time to time. Breakdown of the VIN Number 45837H107954 4: 1964 58: Malibu SS 37: 2 door coupe H: Freemont, CA 107954: Sequence Number of Production This is an original Freemont, CA Chevelle as the VIN number indicates. It was shipped to Seattle, Washington and purchased brand new by Vern Mcnulty. He owned the car for 36 years and sold it to John Jahn who also lived in Washington. John sold it to my friend who I purchased it from in March of this year. This car has never seen bad weather and has always been meticulously maintained. A binder with all the documents is included with the sale. Documentation includes: • Original Broadcast sheet which is very rare with these cars! • Original owner’s manual with plastic sleeve • Original Registrations dating back to 1967 • Washington title showing the second owner in 2000 • Miscellaneous receipts This car wasn’t a complete rotisserie restoration but more of a light restoration. It was restored to be a really nice driver that will still bring home the trophies at a car show. It has that very cool nostalgic look to it. It retains all of its original sheet metal with zero rust. All the factory stampings are still on the metal. This car is extremely original with only one repaint that looks great! It isn’t a high quality $15,000 paint job but a really nice paint job that shines beautifully. It was painted in its original color of Azure Aqua. The exterior is complimented with a beautiful Aqua interior that is mostly original. This interior is in great condition as the photos indicate. It has some of its unusual original items such as: • Front seat belts (Irving Air Chute Co.) • Delco AM pushbutton radio • 5 brand new Bias Ply 1” WW BFG tires • Comfort and convenience group • Original paint in trunk with jack • Original seat covers, dash pad, door panels headliner and side and rear glass • The clock has been restored and works. If you reach up and under the dash just to the right of the ash tray almost directly under the right radio knob there is a toggle switch to send power to the clock. The switch is there to be used only when desired. Up is on. The engine compartment and trunk compartment are very detailed as the photos indicate. It runs, drives, shifts, stops and performs as it did when it was new.
