You have a Great opportunity to acquire a solid bike @ a Great Price! What I have for sale is a 1996 Honda CBR 600 F3, I bought it off ebay from Florida shopped it home rode it 3 or 4 times. Just didn't quite fit! im 6'4" 258! lol anyhow the Bike ran fine last time I rode it. I put it in the shed out back with the intent of breaking it down into a track bike but my Fiance is extremely against it. So Summary 1996 F3 it has been sitting in the shed out of the weather for almost 2 years, It ran fine when I drove it in there but im sure there will need to be system cleaning IE Carbs cleaned before she can get back to her ole self again.
