You are looking at a nice 1940 Willys Deluxe Sedan Survivor. This is a nice driver to head to car shows, evening cruises or Ice Cream Runs. The Good: Body & paint in good condition. It was painted about 20 years ago and shows ok. I call it a "10 footer", 10 feet away it looks great. Closer inspection shows wear, some chips & imperfections. I have lacquer touch up paint that goes with it. Interior is in good condition and was replaced about the same time as the paint job. The charging system has been changed over to 12 Volts with an alternator & has a new battery. The headlights have 12 volt halogen bulbs behind the original lenses with the stock Willys headlight buckets. These are bright so you can really see at night.It has the original 'Clock Rear View Mirror' on the inside, rare. (picture)It has the old curb feeler still. (picture) Stainless trim is in excellent condition, Chrome is "10 footer"Engine starts, runs and drives excellent. No noises or smoke & is running in all the pictures.Transmission, clutch work as should with no problems.Brakes & steering work well with no major problems.Left side of grill has been broken and has poor repairAll glass is in good condition (some new), doors, latches and window regulators work well.I have owned this car for many yearsThe Bad:Radio under the dash, I've never used it.Tires have good tread but are dry rotted. I drive it locally but wouldn't trust them on the highway. This is not a restored car but just a nice old car in great shape for a 73 year old car.
