TAXES & FEES
Because we sell our vehicles close to wholesale, we do charge a modest dealer fee of $465.00. This fee helps compensate for courier and other administrative expenses. The buyers must pay any applicable sales tax. Please CALL MATT AT 239-275-7900 for any questions regarding sales tax.
DEPOSIT
A $1,000.00 non refundable, good faith deposit is required within 24 hours. You may call us at 239-275-7900 upon completion of the auction to arrange deposit.
PAYING FOR YOUR PUCHASE
Payment for your purchase can be made by: Cash (in person), Bank Wire Transfer, or Bank Cashier's Checks. Full payment must be received within 5 business days from the closing date of the auction. Failure to comply with any part of the payment rules can void the transaction, but only at the discretion of the seller. If these forms of payment are note acceptable, please do not bid.
TERMS OF INSPECTION
If bidder whishes to inspect the vehicle, it must be done before placing a bid, and the bidder must contact us for an appointment. If the bidder is going to use a third party, it must be a licensed company or a local new car dealer that sells the make and model that is being auctioned. If using a third party, the cost for the inspection must be paid for by the bidder in advance before the inspection. When you bid that means that you are satisfied with the vehicle and understand that if you are the winning bidder you must follow the terms of sale.

OUR HISTORY
In May of 1990, Tim Traycik sought to create a company that gave buyer’s an alternative to the “Superstore” type dealerships with their volume sales approach. He was tired of all the pressure and games that customers are routinely exposed to during an automotive purchase. Essentially, he wanted to get back to the basics of serving people, and treating each customer with the respect they deserved. This philosophy grew the company quickly and has stayed the central theme of the operation. In May of 1998 Tim’s son, Matt, joined the company after graduating from Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri. Almost exactly four years later, we moved to our current facility located at 11220 Metro Pkwy, Ste. #28 in Ft. Myers (Click Here for a map). Matt oversees the sales office and indoor showroom, while Tim spends much of his time traveling around the state purchasing the finest vehicles available.
With over 39 combined years of automotive sales experience in Fort Myers, the Traycik family has earned a reputation for being one of the most honest, hard working, and fair auto dealers in southwest Florida. WARRANTIES
Most of our vehicles are still covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty. However, if you want a long term “Bumper to Bumper” warranty, we can assist you with that as well.
