This truck has a Idaho Rebuilt Salvage Title I bought this truck a couple of years ago, for a relative that wanted a fifth wheel and a truck to pull it with. So I got the truck and started fixing it for them. When I bought it I was told that it had a small under the hood fire due to some added glow lighting that was under the truck. That part was true but the reason It caught on fire was due to fuel in the oil that blew out the dip stick tube. I talked to the previous owner and he said he just had a new injection pump and 60 HP injectors installed for $3600 a 1000 miles before it caught on firer. The owner also said that he had lost 4th gear do to a leaking trans line he fixed the line and then it caught on firer so the insurance payed him for the truck. He said he paid $15000 for the truck a year before After realizing all the problems with this truck my relative bought a motor-home. So being retired I decided just to go ahead and fix it. When I toke the engine apart I realized why the fuel got in the oil the installer of the injectors used the old O rings on the injectors which allowed the fuel to inter into the oil. So I bought a complete engine rebuild kit and installed it I have all the old parts and toke pictures along the way. I also put in a complete transmission rebuild kit. This truck at one time was a auto show truck. The paint is candy apple red, it has a transfer flow 98 gal, tank in the box, that tank new is $2200, the truck has air bags in the rear, remote start and alarm, the tires have about 2000 miles on them, a cowl hood, it has a Edge comp adjustable power chip, K&N air intake system, it has Retrac all electric and heated mirrors, Pioneer Cd radio, The gauges monitor boost,EGT,trany temp,and fuel pressure, Air Dog fuel pump system, The interior is crushed red valor that is glued over the stock interior I have taken some of it off but it leaves glue behind. The carpet has glue on it and has a hole cut in it see pictures. All in all this is a great truck with a lot done to it, but it not perfect.
