2008 Dodge Viper Hurst Edition, To celebrate the golden anniversary of Hurst, a few very special Vipers were built by Hurst and Roy Sjoberg (the Father of the Viper). A gold and black coupe sold for charity at Barrett-Jackson for $260,000.00 and this convertible sold for another charity event for $220,000.00. There were only 4 of these Vipers made 2 coupes and 2 convertibles. The special-edition Hurst 50th Anniversary Viper features the new Hurst HARD-DRIVE® gold anodized pistol-grip shifter, Hurst 19" and 20" polished forged aluminum wheels, Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 tires. The interior features a special Katzkin charcoal leather with Hurst embroidered logos, gold thread detailing and perforated leather inserts. In honor of the Golden Anniversary the vehicle was done available exclusively in Hurst's legendary Black and Gold color combination and loaded Navigation. The engine and engine compartment are dressed with Viper/Arrow Racing carbon fiber components the vehicle has 5452 miles and has only been utilized for shows and parades.
