Hello, and welcome We have been the private owners of this car for quite some time now. We have enjoyed owning this cool car that every one loves. But unfortunately we have decided to let it go. we have taken great care of her and made sure that what ever was needed or going to be needed was replaced or repaired. We tried keeping this car as original as we could and I think we did a great job with it. The original 390 "X" code engine is running in tip top condition. recently changed plugs, wires, cap & rotor. installed a new brake master cylinder as well as rebuilt the braking system. made sure everything was intact and tightened up. the engine immediately starts up upon spark. all work was done by a very knowledgeable mechanic who eats breaths and sleeps AMC. he knows the in and outs of every nut and bolt that AMC produced. he tuned and calibrated this car to run as it did in 1968. it doesn't flutter or hiccup one bit. this car has a lot of balls under the hood. when you plant your foot to the floor you will experience true AMERICAN MOTORS POWER!!! it will light up the streets with no hesitation. Please drive safely. The exterior of the car is straight & in really great shape it has a beautiful shine to it that makes you just want to look at it for hours. it has "that look" the interior is in really good shape as well. All carpet and seats are intact with little to no wear. the foam inserts are full and not worn at all. headliner is intact with no sagging or drooping. carpet is in great shape with no color fading or tares. All chrome on bumpers look like brand new. The moldings and trim are in great shape as well. Come to think of it I don't know what I would do to it to enhance the looks or drivability. In my honest opinion of owning over 35+ cars I think that this car is a solid 7 out of 10. I wouldn't be embarrassed to take it to car shows or even valet this baby in the front of a nice restaurant/bar. if you like AMX'S and don't mind talking to people who ask you questions about the car then this is it. if you have any questions please don't hesitate t call. you can reach Donny at 310-709-8377
