This bike has been COMPLETELY RESTORED FROM THE GROUND UP! EVERYTHING HAS BEEN REBUILT! It is the CORRECT SILVER ON RED COLOR COMBINATION WHICH IS THE MOST DESIRABLE COMBINATION OF THAT YEAR! The frame and ALL red parts have been POWDER COATED to the ORIGINAL RED for DURABILITY and LOOK AMAZING as you can see in the pictures! The fenders and tank are the CORRECT SILVER! ALL THE CHROME HAS BEEN RE-CHROMED and LOOKS GREAT and REALLY SHINES! The STOCK WIRE WHEELS have been RE-CHROMED and LOOK NEW as you can see in the pictures! There is absolutely NO RUSTING in the valleys. The FRONT FENDER is CORRECT and is a VERY RARE ORIGINAL not a repop and extremely difficult to find! ALL the shocks have been sent out and REBUILT! The TIRES are BRAND NEW! ALL THE RUBBER HAS BEEN REDONE INCLUDING THE GRIPS, PASSENGER PEGS AND FRONT FORK GAITERS! The CENTER STAND has NEVER TOUCHED THE GROUND SINCE THE RESTORATION! It has a BRAND NEW BATTERY AND A FULL TUNEUP AND SOUNDS AMAZING WHEN YOU TWIST THE THROTTLE! Since the FULL RESTORATION WAS COMPLETED THERE ARE ONLY A COUPLE OF TEST MILES ON THE BIKE! The carbs will need adjustment and the idle will need to be set since it has been sitting for a short amount of time since the RESTORATION and wants to idle high. The bike comes with a guppy muffler that needs chrome, sounds and looks much better without though. Also comes with a chrome front fender. INCLUDED IN THE AUCTION IS THE ORIGINAL NUMBERS MATCHING ENGINE THAT HAS BEEN REBUILT! The trans developed an issue going into gear so the original engine/trans was replaced with another FULLY REBUILT ENGINE/TRANS! The ORIGINAL ENGINE is only 6 digits off from the VIN which is EXTREMELY RARE FOR THESE BIKES! They are usually miles apart since they were manufactured during different points in the process and to have one with an engine number so close to the actual VIN with one of these bikes makes it ALL THE MORE RARE!
