Up for Auction is a nice solid Pinto. This car even being a Pinto gets plenty of thumbs up everywhere I go in it. The body is very solid no rust in the body panels or the floor. The nice part of this car is the little engine in it, 2.3L that has a couple of up grades which include Holley Carb, Ofenhauser intake, Comp cam, Hooker Header Long Tube, MSD 6A, MSD plug wires, Billet under drive pulleys, and Im sure I'm forgetting something but that's what I can remember. Still has the original radiator and fan but it keep the car cool, and haven't had any cooling issues here in Texas. The transmission is an automatic which shifts fine when shifting manually, in Drive it seems to not help do to lack of vacuum. The rear end has been kept stock other than I had the stock axles re-drilled to 5x4,5 to be able to use more styles of wheels. I had just started piecing the front suspension parts to make it 5 lug also but haven't really bought anything yet. The front should be a straight forward swap to 5x4.5 disc brake swap so I'll leave that to whom may purchase the car. I will state that the front control arms need upper bushings. The interior seems to be in pretty good shape other than its missing one arm rest on the passenger door and the carpet seems new but is of low quality. This is not a factory a/c car and the heater core has been bypassed. I bought the car as you see it besides getting the axles re-drilled and doing the normal maintenance All the brakes and lights work good with no flaws. I will say that the car smokes when you start it and that its does have some hail damage. It also has a hit on the rear left bumper and valance. The car will come with 17X10.5 Bullets in the rear and factory 14" stock wheels in the front. Please feel free to ask me any questions you may have before bidding.
