1964 CHEVY IMPALA, 2-DOOR HARDTOP, PROJECT CAR, RAT ROD, PARTS CAR - Former owner started restoring this car 18-years ago; tore it apart and decided it was too much work for him. Thereafter, stored it in a metal building which obviously drew moisture. What you see is what you get....rolling body and parts only, NO MOTOR, NO TRANS, NO SEATS, NO RADIATOR, NO GRILLE, ETC. Car has pretty decent quarters requiring minimal work, trunk extensions look good as do the rockers, doors, frame, cowl, door jamb areas, trunk rain gutters. Front fenders and hood are junk. There is NO decklid. This is a total restoration project requiring new floor and trunk pans and other patchwork. Front and rear suspension and differential are fully intact. All glass is good with no cracks. This sale includes all parts shown in the pictures. This is NOT a "SS". Although, it was a V8, powerglide and power steering car.
