For the Guy or Gal who wants a one of a kind Elcamino, YOUR SEARCH IS OVER! I am listing this for my friend. He has a big payment to make and doesnt have the money to cover the payment. He has decided to sell his pride and joy. This 87 Elco is SOOOO Niiiiice! When it was built this car got the royal treatment. It was a two year project that really turned out amazing. This guy didnt patch it quick like Richard on Gas Monkey for a quick flip. He took his time and had everything done right. The body was taken down to bare metal and the BB CC paint was applied liberally and the car shines like a mirror and it looks like the paint is still wet!!! The interior is a custom leather creation. The shop that did the seats, doorpanels, headliner and visors actually go to Old Mexico and purchase the raw hides and bring them back and color them and cut them out. (Disclamer) Only 4 cows were killed to make this interior) The Torque Thrust 20 inch rims and tires really fill up the fenderwells nicly. The car runs and drives very very good and smooth. When driving my friend notices folks speeding up just to snap a picture! When he rolls into the gas station people usually stop and comment on the car!!! The car is nearly 100% finished all it needs are a few trim pieces installed. The car has a factory tachometer but it is stuck at 6000 rpms.
