This is an auction for my sons 2000 Trans AM WS-6. It is factory black on black, 6 speed manual trans and t-tops. They only made about 8,000 of these cars...and it will be a collectors item one day...plus this one is the best color combo in my opinion plus its a 6 speed! The car runs great around town and even better on the highway when you can use all 6 gears...it has been his daily driver for a few months. Title is clear and in the previous owners name as we never transferred it. Overall in good condition..has some normal paint chips here and there, swirls and other small blemishes. It looks very nice and compares nicely to others we have seen. The interior is in similarly good condition as the pictures show but does have the normal wear that these cars get like, small cracks in the door panels, slow moving power windows and tears and some wear on the drivers seat. In person the car looks very nice and though it has some flaws they dont detract too much from its appeal. The drivers side taillight is cracked and is not quite as bright as the other side but is still functioning fine.. The passengers side door has been replaced at some point in the cars life..doesnt look like any other damage around the door maybe the plastic skin was damaged and they found it easier to replace the whole thing. Overall the paint look shiny..there is a small ding here and there and it appears to be original paint to me, except for the door as listed above and possibly the hatchback. Didnt see any overspray that would indicate it had been repainted. Has cross drilled rotors and good brakes. Recently we changed out the rearend with one that had been gone through and had 4.10 gears installed. Has new synthetic fluid in the rear with a new cover gasket. Below are some bullet points about the car... -Only has 114k miles on it -LS1 (motor is completely stock...no power adders or modifications) - 6 speed tranny -Cross drilled and slotted rotors with ceramic pads -CARFAX is clean -Cold A/C ... heater and defroster work perfectly -Pioneer Double Din screen (Ipod, MP3, DVD- all that good stuff) sounds great! -Kicker speakers all the way around with a 1000 watt Sony amp. -American Muscle Wheels- 17x9" in the front and 17x10.5" in the rear. Tires are basically new. -K&N filter -Flowmaster exhaust (sounds nice and mean) -Chrome Hurst shift handle and knob. -New radiator and thermostat (with hoses), new belt, new spark plugs, new spark plug wires, and new valve cover gaskets. -4.10 gears (cruises at about 1500 rpm doing 70 on the freeway) Will need some attention like any older car might...backup lights arent working, rear dome light too and some tinkering things like that. Never left us stranded..has a Optima battery too. Has a nice alarm with remote start function. We put taller profile tires on the car to help the ride and it did..quite beneficial. Will need a new cat installed to pass smog here in CA. Auction might end at any time since we have it for sale locally too..
