Vehicle Detail

This is a neat project for someone...its a 1953 Ford F100 panel truck..not too rusty...overall the main part of the body is pretty good. The doors on this truck are junk but I have others that go with it. Had some weird security bars on the top of the dash and doors which I cut off. Replacing the doors will solve that part..the dash top has holes where the bars were and the A pillar has some too. Firewall center and inner fenders were cut out. I was just going to buy a parts truck and take everything that I needed...I think they made less than 10k of these panels...a small fraction of truck production. The front end and doors interchange with a pickup and the frame too if you use the little extensions that the panels had. Rolls and steers fine...the rear doors are good and fit pretty well. Some extra holes here and there...if you have a parts truck you are golden. Has some weird provisions for locking the doors and rear doors. Front clip is kind of poor condition...would just replace it unless you do your own body work.. Bought many years ago from Memory Lane collector car salvage yard. Have open paperwork from them. Might still be on the computer and it might be salvage in CA... though the sale was over 10 years ago I think. The drip rails are good. Would make a neat shop truck, swapmeet truck or cruiser. Easiest to fix if you have or buy a parts truck. Needs total resto of course.. Have a seat, fan shroud, a couple of buckets with parts and a bumper.. Mileage listed is just to conform to Ebays listing form.. Auction might end at any time since I have it for sale locally too.. TERMS: Full payment is to be in my hands within 3 days of auction end...manner of payment is strictly my choosing..depends on whom you bank with etc. Check into shipping to make sure what it will cost. Will ship from 91331. Your bid price is what you are willing to pay period...not your chance to come look at the car after the auction ends. If you want to look at it before auction end..let me know!
