A 2000 Ford Mustang for parts or fix. It has 218K miles. Now I won't get the "disappointed nod" or the gasp for air from my Wife because I have officially listed our Mustang. The story: we are the original owners and the bulk of the mileage was caused by commuting weekly to my client's office in Herndon, VA. Now it just sits in our driveway where it hasn't been driven for about 6 months. My other car hasn't been driven for over two years so you can imagine the stares that I receive from my wife each time we have to go into the garage. I won't part with my other car(In case my wife reads this listing), however, this one has been tough since it has treated us very well. In fact, if it's not sold I will not be disappointed. Here's what's wrong: Car was started last month but today, it did not start. I'm sure it probably needs a good charge.The battery was fairly new before we stopped driving it. Shifting was stiff from PARK to DRIVE or from DRIVE to PARK. Maybe needs tranny fluid. My mechanic removed the radio due to a short that was caused by the factory radio amplifier. It was drawing too much power from the battery. It wasn't on our priority list to further trouble shoot the issue like replacing the amp, etc, so we didn't bother with it. A few other things:AC can use some servicing. It worked but last summer I filled it with a store-bought can of Freon, problem solved. Front bumper shows wear/tear. Interior - Head liner has tear and missing vents (SEE Photos). Now the good:No visible rust, I also continue to get compliments on how well it looks. Non-smokers.Adult driven and maintained(No speeding tickets, meaning treated like a baby). The only major work done to the car was replacing calipers/rotors/timing belt. Clean title.Original owner.
