It has been brought to my attention from those who have researched the serial number of these cars that both cars are 1954 100-4 BN1. The first car from what I have been told is an early, 1954 and the second car is a late 1954. Also, something else to clarify, the open North Carolina title states that the second car is a 1955. I am sure that is just a registration error that NC made when issuing the title. First car serial number is BN1-L/153884. Second car serial number is BN1-L/219993. Two Austin Healys 100-4 BN-1 First Car Description: Restorable for a talented restorer. Frame seems to be solid except for a few rust holes. Front cross member needs to be replaced. Has an aluminum deck lid which has a "50 cent" size hole someone cut in the center, also has aluminum bonnet. The rear differential is the early spiral bevel gear type. Transmission is 3 speed side shift. Has top bow, radiator, windshield frame, gas tank, and grill. No gages or switches for dash. Aluminum cockpit trim over the dash and top of right door is missing. All parts leaning against the fence are from the first car; I removed these for better view of inside structure and frame. I have British Heritage certificate but no title for this car. Pictures 1 - 17 and the last picture are of first car. Second Car Description: Has open North Carolina title. Frame is completely rusted out. It has no front shroud or hood / bonnet. Rear shroud seems to be in good shape. Deck lid is made of steel and is rusted. Doors are very rusted. Fenders could be restored. It has the later model hypoid rear axle. Pictures 18 - 23 are of second car. Additional Information: There is only one engine (flywheel missing) and transmission included in this entire package. Please look at all pictures carefully.
