No reserve so please bid to buy..... This is a running/driving 1939 Street Rod. I purchased two vehicle from this owner. This car was a fully frame off restored coupe around 7-8 years ago. The owner got the car back and never got to enjoy the car due to illness. After his passing his widow drove the car a couple times but basically let it sit in the garage for 7yrs before I bought the pair of cars. I'm not a coupe guy and really wanted the 61 Impala that I bought from her. But I knew this was an extremely cool car and thought I would finish the interior and drive it. Well those thoughts never came to get done. I figure Im not going to ever get around and finish the car so Ive decided to sell it so someone can get the use out of this car that it deserves. The car has a new Chevy crate engine installed with ported and polished fuel injection. Im not even sure I said that right as I know nothing about fuel injected cars. Anyway the engine looks way bad ass and sounds great. All I did was drain the gas and all the fluids. It didnt start so I had the fuel pump replaced and it fired right up. It runs and drives but Im sure after sitting this long it could use some adjustments to make it perfect. Has an air condition unit but needs hooked up. The car has a giant book of receipts and pictures of the restoration. You can tell it was a high end restoration. She said there was over $40,000 invested so far. It does need the interior finished. The two seats have been already been re-upholstered in gray belgium leather. There is also a huge roll of belgium leather to finish the interior. All the glass looks good but it needs windows put into the two doors. It has all the hardware for automatic windows. There is several boxes of parts and supplies to finish the interior.
