This car was purchased BRAND NEW in San Francisco, California and has always been GARAGE KEPT until 1991 when the original owner traded in his Volvo for a 1991 model to a Volvo dealership in San Jose, California. The dealership put it into their used car inventory where the second owner purchased the car and took possession on 3/28/91 with only 68k miles on it at the time. During the time of ownership the owner has put a lot of effort into maintaining and repairing any issues that came up over the last 22 years of ownership. Some recent maintenance and money has been spent on replacing the rear tires at 8/2004 at 110800 miles. The front tires were replaced as of 2/2004 at 110600 miles. The front seats were reupholstered as of 6/2007. The transmission was rebuilt on 8/2007 at 115000 miles. New paint on 12/2012. It has been painted its ORIGINAL Volvo 107 color. The car runs GREAT and it has been serviced regularly. It has GREAT oil pressure with no oil consumption. All the gauges work with the exception of the clock and the oil temp gauge. The A/C is all there but needs hoses and built and a charge to function. The RARE, ORIGINAL AM/FM VOLVO RADIO IS INTACT but for some reason isn't working now, prob fuse. The lower part of the dash has a small crack through it but the car comes with a BRAND NEW DASH REPLACEMENT! The car comes with a chrome roof rack that was removed during the paint process and never reinstalled. It can be re-installed by drilling holes easily if desired. I personally think it looks MUCH better without it. The car has a set of HELLA fog light installed on the front bumper but they are not hooked up but all the necessary wires and toggle switches are included to do so if desired. All in all this is an EXTREMELY RARE AUTOMATIC VOLVO P1800ES THAT IS IN GREAT SHAPE WITH DOCUMENTATION GOING BACK TO 1991! This car has ALWAYS been in CALIFORNIA and has never left the San Francisco Bay Area. It is VERY CLEAN FROM TOP TO BOTTOM AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PICTURES.
