You are looking at a very clean 89 chevy k5 that I am selling for a friend. He has taken really good care of it as you can tell, it shows. I have personally drove this truck and tested the 4wheel drive system(goes in both 4h 4L and back to 2H smooth as silk with no strange sounds) as well as the a/c. The things I found are as follows: the windshield is cracked, the dash pad has a couple of cracks, the paint still looks very presentable but there is a few places that the clear coat is coming off mainly the hood. and it will need a radio. Other than these few cosmetics I see no reason this k5 shouldn't be on the road as a daily driven fun vehicle. it rides very good. a/c compressor works!! all lights work. gauges work, horn works. Really nice 32x11.5 tires, on the very sharp rally style rims, The odometer shows 34k but I know there is way more miles than that, I am also pretty sure this k5 has been restored and done right at one time or another because its really really nice. there is no rips in the seats and the brake pedal don't much wear, the doors close tight. I have not found any real rust anywhere on it. This k5 is quiet you can't hardly even hear it, it runs very smooth, no missing and no smoke at all, shifts really good. I don't think you will find a nicer k5 anywhere for the money. If you are looking for a k5 with a body that is straight as a string and that will draw a crowd everywhere you drive it, you found it!
