It runs and drives and it has very low mileage for the model year. The vehicle has typical wear for the year and mileage. It also has some previous hail damage. It is a very nice 2002, 3-Series, BMW. It runs and drives great. After I purchased the vehicle from the insurance company, I had the car delivered to my dealership in Carlisle, PA. The vehicle powered up and all options worked as they should, doors, moonroof, windows, radio, heated seats, zeron head lights, all worked but, the car would not start. Due to it having a manual transmission, we pop started the car. I drove it around the block and can report that it runs great. There are no codes in the ECU. This BMW could make someone a great driver for a fraction of its value or you could use or salvage the parts. The vehicle was previously titled in New York and New York Salvage Certificate was issued to my dealership. I am licensed to transact vehicle's in the State of Pennsylvania. Unfortunately, Pennsylvania's DMV will not issue a Pennsylvania Salvage Certificate for vehicles that have been declared a total loss in New York. In order to title the vehicle, the you may need to pay New York a fee to verify that the vehicle is road worthy and is not reconstructed using stolen parts. You are welcome and encouraged to examine, send your representative or your mechanic to inspect the vehicle that I am offering for sale. I will be advertising the vehicle locally and through other forms of advertisement. Therefore, I do reserve the right to cancel this auction at anytime within eBay's policy for items that are sold prior to the end of their auction.
