Up for auction is my beloved 1970 Impala due to financial circumstances. I am the third owner, car was built in Cali, shipped to Alaska where it was sold and driven to Arizona where it has been since. I bought it in 1992 and drove it for a few years before I parked it as a project but had kids instead. This is a project car in primer and interior in need of assembly. Only rust was a golfball sized hole that was under the passenger side rocker panel, very solid, rust free body otherwise.Very complete and original, missing trim for wheel wells and passenger side headlight eyebrow.Hood slightly bent at both hinges, have nice, used hinges in trunk.Comes with new headliner and sail panels uninstalled.Interior was gold color that I was changing to black.Runs an drives but has not been on the road for years, just started up and driven up and down my long driveway about once a month.Engine is all original except for distributor and coil and will include original distributor.Has a little over 132,000 miles.Chrome in great shape but has a couple small areas with sanding swirls from someone sanding on body. This is a PROJECT CAR that needs to be completely gone over, rubber parts need replacing, front end bushings, ball joints all that stuff needs replacing but it is a very nice project car.
