Careful to not let this 1979 jewel get away ! What a value it is at the reserve price which is set very low ! This truck has lived in Bend Oregon all its life. This BEAUTY has only had Two owners, the man that was the original owner just got too old to drive anymore, and about a year ago sold it to the guy we bought it from. We even have all the original manuals in the original plastic pouch, and even the original window sticker. Take a look at the lines on this beauty, what an amazing looking truck. This BEAUTY is one nice driving rig and is sound and in very nice shape. It is a DRY - SOLID - Oregon truck. This GMC Sierra has the Strong ORIGINAL 350 CID V8 in it and it only has 129,374 original miles and it is running very well. Sounds good too with the stock style new dual exhaust system !! The engine is backed by a smooth 3-speed automatic transmission and original 3.07 rear end, which also functions very well. The Original Camel interior is VERY NICE and has the OPTIONAL - SIERRA "Grande" trim level including a NICE Original Camel bench seat, NICE ORIGINAL dash with NICE Original dash pad with no cracks or fading, NICE ORIGINAL gauge cluster, ORIGINAL sun visors, NICE ORIGINAL door panels and a NICE ORIGINAL steering wheel. This truck is nicely equipped including power steering, Dual Tanks, factory heavy duty power Disc brakes, factory AM Radio that works great, Tilt Steering Column, Original dual Chrome exterior mirrors, ICE COLD A/C, good heater and defroster, H/D front anti-sway bar, H/D front and rear suspension, H/D Radiator, 3-point seat belts. This truck is a great running and wonderful looking Pickup. This GMC Short Box Stepside truck has sharp looks and lots of power as well ! This truck has a great ride, it is smooth and quiet and really rides as nice as any new truck !! I was amazed at what a joy it was to drive this truck. I drove this truck around for a week back and forth, running errands, on the freeway, 30 miles each way to work, and it doesn’t pull or wonder even when applying the brakes, and even at speeds of 75 to 80 MPH. It does not squeek or rattle, even over speed bumps. These vehicles have an appreciative group of owners, any of which would be pleased to own this one. The suspension and driveline seem to be in good working order as well as the electrical system. This Pickup is a great investment opportunity and it is priced right ! This vehicle is in wonderful condition from top to bottom and from front to back. This is one NICE RARE 79 GMC Sierra "Grande" Short Stepside box pickup and as you can see in the pictures it was well cared for and is BEAUTIFUL !! Careful to not let this 1979 jewel get away ! What a value it is at the reserve price which is set very low ! This truck has lived in Bend Oregon all its life. This BEAUTY has only had Two owners, the man that was the original owner just got too old to drive anymore, and about a year ago sold it to the guy we bought it from. We even have all the original manuals in the original plastic pouch, and even the original window sticker. Take a look at the lines on this beauty, what an amazing looking truck. This BEAUTY is one nice driving rig and is sound and in very nice shape. It is a DRY - SOLID - Oregon truck.
This GMC Sierra has the Strong ORIGINAL 350 CID V8 in it and it only has 129,374 original miles and it is running very well. Sounds good too with the stock style new dual exhaust system !! This truck is nicely equipped including power steering, Dual Tanks, factory heavy duty power Disc brakes, factory AM Radio that works great, Tilt Steering Column, Original dual Chrome exterior mirrors, ICE COLD A/C, good heater and defroster, H/D front anti-sway bar, H/D front and rear suspension, H/D Radiator, 3-point seat belts. This truck is a great running and wonderful looking Pickup. This GMC Short Box Stepside truck has sharp looks and lots of power as well ! This truck has a great ride, it is smooth and quiet and really rides as nice as any new truck !! I was amazed at what a joy it was to drive this truck. I drove this truck around for a week back and forth, running errands, on the freeway, 30 miles each way to work, and it doesn’t pull or wonder even when applying the brakes, and even at speeds of 75 to 80 MPH. It does not squeek or rattle, even over speed bumps. These vehicles have an appreciative group of owners, any of which would be pleased to own this one. The suspension and driveline seem to be in good working order as well as the electrical system. This Pickup is a great investment opportunity and it is priced right ! This vehicle is in wonderful condition from top to bottom and from front to back. The New Two Tone Colonial Yellow and White finish on this vehicle is EYE POPPING BEAUTIFUL with a few tiny imperfections, and is bright and shiny and looks GREAT as you can see in the pictures above and below !! I tried to take some full sun pictures to show how beautiful the paint is, but they kind of get a little washed-out. The bed has brand new wood with multiple coats of marine urethane on it. The original front and new rear chrome bumper are in great shape. Check out the NICE Original color-matched wheels with factory original GMC hubcaps and nice Steel-belted Radial tires, boy does this combination look OUTSTANDING on this truck and really retain that original look of this Rare Low Mile truck!!
