1988 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS You are bidding on a true 1 owner 21,450 mile original Monte Carlo SS! This is the last of its breed! The owner got it as a high school graduation gift as this was his dream car. He used it on weekends and for nice days, never abusing it. It is factory original down to its Goodyear Eagle GT tires. She has been in storage for the past decade and due to relocating, he decided it is time to put it on the market and let the next person enjoy it as much as he did. This is the first time in 25 years this car has been offered for sale! This Monte SS is in nice original condition. The body is very clean with no rust (garaged all its life) – The paint shines nice. It does have some areas of paint checking on the passenger quarter, passenger door by the mirror. The driver’s door also has some checking and a chip that was touched up. The glass and trim are all in very nice condition. The factory stripes are also in very nice shape. The tan cloth interior is in very nice original condition. It was never smoked in and the ashtray is like new. The seats are in great shape, carpet nice, headliner in good shape, door panels fantastic and the dash in super nice. The car has a brand new battery, spark plugs, cap, rotor, wires and the carburetor was gone through. It runs really nice and the steering and suspension is still tight like new. The front tires have some edge wear.
