Rare 2002 VW Jetta VR6 with the top of the line "BDF" 6 cyl engine. Body in good shape 1 tennis ball shape dent on trunk, paint is fading and peeling in spots. Mechanically has some problems but I was still driving to work daily until 4 weeks ago when received new car. I've owned it for little over 2yrs. Has nice "Monsoon" sound system with CD/cassette. A/C compressor is only a year old and works great. Alternator is also only about a year old. Selling AS IS, recommended buyer have mechanical knowledge. -Needs a battery (was sitting for 3-4 weeks, so had to jump it today to get odometer reading)... -Electrical, few times it would die on me and i pulled over, jiggled battery and it would start right up -Transmission issues (had this issue for more then last year), hard time shifting in and out of 2nd gear specially first drive of day. Sometimes into drive from park (had to move shifter from park to D4 first and then to D) -Been told needs a speed censor ($68.00) -Sunroof never worked never had it looked at -Container that holds windshield fluid is cracked and cant hold fluid -Glovebox door doesn't close -Interior In good shape for 11 year old car On Mar-10-13 at 11:15:25 PDT, seller added the following information: ATTENTION: As of Sunday 3/10/13 I can not find the title to my car.. It was on my computer desk when I started autcion and now is misplaced. Fearing that it was accidentally thrown away I will be requesting a duplicate title through the state of Florida first thing Monday.. I will pay what ever fees to get rush service.. reading the application for duplicate there is a section if car is going to be transfered immediately to another owner but both parties must be present so I'm not sure if that is possible
