1971 Triumph Other

Rebuilt, Rebuildable & Reconstructed

Due to medical and financial issues, I'm going to have to sell my Triumph restoration. This is a 1971 oil-in-frame TR6R. It was partly restored by another, quite expert, collector before I bought it. I had the engine completely professionally rebuilt by Maciag Motorcycle Company of New Britain, Connecticut. Phil Maciag did a beautiful job, and I have the documentation for everything that was done to it. I plan to take some better pictures when I can get out and do so, but these give you some idea. All the parts are there except the seat. I have about $4500 in this project (the engine rebuild alone was close to 2K), but I will let it go for $3250---it's well worth it, as anyone who knows British bikes will agree. I will also consider reasonable offers. I will need the buyer to pick it up, since I have no means to pack it or ship it. Serious buyers, feel free to send me questions. Someone is going to get a really nice project for a bargain price.
