You might recognize my name or my business name from beautiful classic cars and trucks I’ve listed for sale nationally. I’ve got 15 years of classic car and truck experience. I’d like to put that experience to work for you. Over the years I’ve featured many classic cars and trucks at multiple different auctions across the United States. I consign multiple classic cars and trucks at all four of the Barrett Jackson auto auctions every year. I’m considered one of the top consignors at Barrett Jackson. I’ve had many classic cars and trucks sell in the top 25 highest sale priced vehicles for each event. They’ve also offered some of my cars as the “Marc Schiliro Collection”. I was fortunate to have Speed TV at my new facility for an interview for Barrett Jackson that aired during the Barrett Jackson auto auction in Palm Beach 2012. I also have had many cars that have been featured in multiple magazines and multiple websites. I specialize in beautiful classic cars and trucks that have what I call “The Pop Factor”. I purchase classic cars and trucks that are finished, I redesign other people’s restorations and have also coordinated restorations from start to finish. I’m currently not doing full restorations as it takes too much time and money. I love what I do and I’m extremely passionate about it! I just opened a beautiful new facility located in Seekonk, MA. MS CLASSIC CARS is open to the public five days a week. We offer about 25 classic cars and trucks for sale with a few of them being on consignment. We also offer used cars, memorabilia and automotive detailing. Our facility is very neat and organized. When you call you deal directly with me. I appreciate the opportunity. If you’d like to be added to our VIP EMAIL BLAST that gets sent to thousands of people when we get a new addition please visit my website and sign up. Please also like us on Facebook for updates. The power of networking is amazing! Market I've been collecting classic cars and trucks for over fifteen years now and have seen a lot happen. I've seen the hobby continue to grow not only at the auctions but also with the amount of television shows, magazines and websites that are related to classic cars in some form or another. I strongly believe the classic car market is a great place to invest in. When the economy is strong, the classic car market is extremely strong. When the economy isn't so strong the classic car market holds its own. I've sold classic cars and trucks in both economic conditions. The reason classic cars make such a great investment is because people are crazy about cars, especially the classics! I've learned it's not just the United States; it’s the entire world. Barrett Jackson stated, "Foreigners can sometimes represent 25% of the registered bidders at one of our auctions." At the Barrett Jackson in Scottsdale, AZ 2011 they stated, "There was a registered bidder from every state in the USA.” I've also learned that no matter the gender or age, all different people appreciate this hobby. Another example would be the Barrett Jackson auto auctions; not only do millions of people watch it live on the Speed Channel but hundreds of thousands of people attend these auctions. Every year the attendance of visitors at the event and number of viewers on T.V. increase. Over the years I've noticed that the extremely detailed classic cars have always commanded a higher price. Even people who don't have any classic car experience can recognize and appreciate attention to detail. Currently the overall market is on the raise once again. Certain classic cars are on the rise and others are on the decline. Typically, the classic cars that are on the rise are the cars that a lot of people don't own. In other words, there are classic cars that haven't saturated the market. The cars that are at every car show and auction and page on the Internet for sale are the ones that aren't changing in value or are slowly on the decline. Of course, if the car is spectacular it will command a higher price as I mentioned. It's all about supply and demand, not a good or bad economy. Custom cars have remained strong because each car is different from the next one. They each have their own character. “I’m putting my money where my mouth is” I’m just a 36 year old blue collar guy who was working full time selling new and used Mercedes Benz. I was selling my classic cars and trucks part time. Although I had my used car dealers license I didn’t have a facility that was open to the public. Overall things were going just fine. However, my dream was to open my own classic car and truck dealership. I decided to give up my full time job with health insurance and a 401K to open a new classic and truck dealership. I had to invest a ton of money to make that happen and now have a lot more overhead. Do you think I would’ve done all that if I didn’t think the classic car and truck market wasn’t going to remain strong? I consign anywhere from three to eight cars at each Barrett Jackson auto auction at no reserve because I know there’s always going to be bidders for classic cars and trucks. DescriptionYou’re looking at another beautiful classic car listed by MS CLASSIC CARS I’m proud to present a beautiful and REAL 1971 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 that has the perfect touch of some modern features. This car was built to be a really nice driver. This car starts immediately every time and purrs like a kitten. This is the perfect car for someone who wants a real Z28 with great looks, reliability and doesn’t want to spend top dollar for a classic car. Second generation Camaros are becoming very popular and collectable. Only 4,862 1971 Camaro Z28s were produced! They have a great look and are very comfortable to drive. As the trim tag on this car indicates it was born a Z28 that was Sunflower yellow with black stripes and black interior. I listed a breakdown of the trim tag information below. During the time I had the car at my service department they noticed the original yellow paint and also blue paint under the rear speaker deck. It obviously was painted blue at some point during its 41 years of life. During the restoration the color was changed to Silver. The undercarriage was also painted silver. This is a really cool silver has it has a very mild blue tint in the metallic that can be seen in certain light. During the restoration the body was filled with foam insulation to keep the road noise out and reduce rattles. I purchased the car restored and don’t know exactly when the restoration was done and what metal was replaced. The body and the gaps are good but not perfect. It does have some imperfections. The paint looks nice and has been buffed to a beautiful shine. This is nicer than an average paint job but not a high end paint job. Everything on the exterior has been restored or replaced. I had my shop adjust the doors and replace the door handles. The doors open and close very nicely. The car is wrapped in era correct 15” wheels with BF Goodrich P245/60/15 tires. The Silver exterior is complimented by a new black interior. Everything in the interior has been restored or replaced. I had my shop fix the gauges and add a new Pioneer CD player with speakers. I also added the new Billet Specialties Speedway steering wheel, door sill plates and Z28 carpeted floor mats which both look great. The engine compartment is nicely detailed. The engine isn’t original to the car but was made to look correct. It’s a rebuilt 350 with 1969 Camaro Z28 heads (186 casting), reproduction winter intake and 600 Holly carburetor. I had my shop give the engine a tune up and replace some items such as the battery, HEI ignition system, washer jar, etc. I added the Chevrolet orange valve covers which make the engine stand out. The engine runs and sounds excellent through the Hooker headers and exhaust system. As I mentioned above this engine is one of the best I’ve ever had. It starts almost immediately even when it’s been sitting for a while. You can kick down the choke within seconds of a cold start and she purrs like a kitten. The engine is coupled with a Borg Warner T10 4-speed transmission and 10 bolt rear end with 3.73 gears. I love the clutch in this car because it is extremely easy to use and works very smoothly. The trunk compartment and undercarriage is nicely detailed. This car looks runs and drives great and is perfect for someone looking for a real Z28 that can be enjoyed. This is not a high end show car and it’s been priced very competitive. If it were a high end show car the car would be thousands more. Get it before some else does! Breakdown of trim tag numbers: ST 71 = 1971 Model Year 12487= Sport Coupe NOR= Built in Norwood, Ohio 109363= Body Sequence number TR 775= Black Standard Vinyl 52 52 PNT= Sunflower Yellow 09A= Built in September during the first week. My reputation and feedback speaks for itself. No vehicle is perfect and I want to be 100% upfront about each car. This car is beautiful and much nicer than most on the market but does have some imperfections. As I stated it’s not a high end show car. Please call me and I’ll go over the car with you in complete detail. Conclusion Classic cars and trucks make great investments and are extremely fun to own. It’s so exciting to search for a classic, purchase one and watch it come off the trailer, add your own touches, take it for a ride or just look at it sitting in the garage after a hard day at work. Classic car and truck collectors aren’t just in the United States but worldwide. The classic car and truck market is growing every day. It’s seen at car shows and auctions, in magazines and on TV shows. Get your new classic car or truck today. You only live once, if you can afford it, do it! I do the best I can to represent my classic cars and trucks. My results, feedback and reputation speak for themselves. Everyone’s opinion of a classic car and truck is different and I encourage questions prior to a purchase. I have a beautiful showroom with excellent lighting and a lift for a complete inspection if requested. Inspections will be scheduled by appointment only. The closest airport is Providence, RI. It’s only a 25 minute ride from the dealership. I can arrange to pick up at the airport. I also have a dealer plate that would allow for a test drive with a valid driver’s license for a serious buyer. Please call 508-557-0152 or email for any questions. Thank you. Sincerely, Marc Schiliro
