This is a beautiful BMW M3 with documented very low mileage. This car was bought new and has been in the family the entire time. It has a salvage title by error.....it was in two minor accidents: One in 1998 and another in 1999, both caused from snow and ice on the road. The only thing that has been repaired on the car is the front bumper and hood. The car was then completely repainted in 1999 to the stock Dakar Yellow color. This car has never been totaled by the insurance company nor was it claimed as salvage.When the owners moved to California in 2004, they decided to title the car in the wifes name, and they marked on the California registration and title papers that the car had been in two accidents and California DMV issued them a "Salvaged" title with out them knowing about it. They have not gone back to DMV to try to get it fixed. The Carfax report clearly shows that this car WAS NOT totaled or salvaged. The frame and body is in excellent conditioned, always garaged and very seldom driven. The car has been sitting in the garage for most of the last 5 years. It needs a valve adjustment, as the valves are making a little noise (it may be old gas also). The front window has crack (tried to show in the pictures).The engine runs very strong and smooth,( even with the old gas ). It has stock M3 rims, BMW Motorsports ground effects, front spoiler, and Hamann rear wing. Original M3 interior is in excellent condition, no tears or rips. All gauges work fine and the radio plays good.You are welcome to come and inspect the car or have someone inspect the car for you.
