1949 Plymouth Special Deluxe,has all the chrome with the car , inside and out. the engine ran last year and since that someone has stolen the radiator and the carb. off.The engine is not stuck it will turn over,The clutch is stuck it will not disengage. Both front floor pans are rusted thru and the rocker panels,where the spare fits into the trunk has a hole rusted in it.This is a good project car or for parts. I can deliver it for $1.00 a mile.
