I have for sale a well built 1992 Mustang LX street strip car. I did not build the entire car, but I did just put a complete all new painless wiring harness, new racing seats, shifter, headlights, and a LOT of other work in the car. Engine and transmission run, drive, and work GREAT. The engine is a built small block (302 bottom half with 289 heads on it) I personally did not build the engine and I have not had it all torn down, the only thing I can say for sure is it carries GREAT oil pressure (even when its hot), has worked over 289 heads with screw in studs and guide plates, a solid cam with full roller rockers. Other than that all I know is its a D4 block with a 4 bolt dampner and a moroso oil pan. The Transmission is a built full manual valve body C4 (the good heavy duty one with the dipstick in the side of the pan, not in the case) and a stall converter. The car has an 8.8 rear with 4:10 gears and a spool. I have recently installed a brand new B&M Hammer shifter, new Racing seats, new headlights, and did some wiring to make everything work "correctly". Currently has 28/11.5 x15 ET Street DOT slicks on the back and 165 R15 front skinnies (both in great shape). Exhaust wise it has mufflers only (no tailpipes) right now. Has a holley blue pump, 1/2 aluminum fuel line with a dual port regulator and a double pumper carb. Other than the smog stuff being gone and no tailpipes its pretty much street legal. The car supposedly runs low 12's but I havent ran it at the track yet. I dont know what else to say other than it is a VERY nice looking, VERY nice running, and a very tough sounding car. Looking for cash or?? I am mostly into Ford stuff but might be interested in possibly anything? I have NO use for this car as I have several other Mustangs. This was my brothers car and he was forced to sell it and I had no choice but to buy it and finish it. PLEASE ask any and ALL questions before you bid at all. I will require a $500 deposit via Pay Pal within 24 hrs of auctions end and the balance to be paid in full within 10 days via cash in hand. ANY other payment arrangements must be made PRIOR to your bid. I can keep the car for you for a while if need be, AS LONG AS IT IS PAID FOR WITHIN 10 DAYS!!! I will NOT be able to keep it inside though.
