We purchased this vehicle from a finance company as a bank repossession and it is in need of body repair however it does still run and drive. This vehicle was involved in a right side collision causing damage to the following areas.... Right corner of front bumper cover ( small crack ), right front fender ( light damage ), right front door (still opens fine), right rear door, right rear door glass, right rear wheel cracked ( still holds air ), right tail light broken, right rear upper control arm bent, C pillar, quarter panel in front of the right rear wheel only, and side curtain air bags only have been deployed. We have not tried to open the right rear door to inspect for door jam or rocker damage however from the way the door is pushed in it would be safe to assume there is rocker or kick panel damage. There is no other obvious damage to and other body panels on the vehicle. From the cleanliness of this vehicle it is safe to assume that it was well cared for until it was damaged. This vehicle however damaged will be a considerably easy repair. The parts are readily available and inexpensive. We have driven this vehicle at in-town speeds and it appears to runs and shift fine. Due to the rear control arm being bent and the right rear wheel tilting in we would not recommend driving this vehicle at any distance. The FORD ESCAPE is one of the most sought after and fuel efficient SUV's on the market today. Kelly Blue Book Retail on the vehicle is over $13,900. Because of the needed repairs we are selling this vehicle with NO RESERVE. CONDITION: EXTERIOR: As stated above this vehicle is in need of body repair. The vehicle has damage to the right side including.... right front fender, right front door, right corner of front bumper cover, right rear door, right rear door glass, C pillar, quarter panel in front of rear wheel, right rear wheel, right rear control arm, right tail light, and side curtain airbags have been deployed. No other areas on the vehicle appear to be damaged however we have not had it professionally inspected. Due to the damage on this vehicle we must sell it to have possible frame damage. INTERIOR: The side curtain airbags have been deployed. As mentioned above you can tell from the condition of the interior that until it was damaged it was a very well cared for vehicle. The interior is exceptionally clean and a non-smoker. DRIVE TRAIN: Starts, runs and drives. Tires have about 60-70% tread.
