Okay, bear with me here: I have a collection of 2 Mazda RX-7s, TONS of parts and specialty tools. Here's the story: I got this whole collection from an old Mazda master mechanic. He had spent the better part of 50 years working (for Mazda), collecting, restoring, and rebuilding the early RX-7s. He was a bit of a hoarder, but a meticulous one. So I have crates and crates of wiring harnesses, speedometers, little bolts, fairings, tires, rims, hoods, body panels, seats, carpet, interior accessories, in addition to the tools he used to work on these vehicles. I'm not that knowledgeable about Mazdas, but I can send you his handwritten inventory list so that you can see what there is to be had. There are also two Mazdas that come with the collection. One has a newly rebuilt rotary engine and a roll bar (1983). He was in the process of building a race car out of it when I got it. It runs, but will need the interior reinstalled. The other is an RX-7 (1979) he started to disassemble and rebuild. It's in pretty good shape, most things are intact, but you'll need to do some work in order to get it street ready. Check the pictures for both vehicles to see what I mean. I have two clear titles in hand. Email me if you'd like to see more pics. Ebay limits then at 24. The pictures show the vehicles and a fraction of the collected parts. Here's the only catch: I have to move out of my current warehouse space by the first week in March. (That's why this auction is going no reserve starting at $500). You MUST be able to pickup the cars and the parts by the end of the first week in March. If you can't do that, you'll end up losing your deposit and all the vehicles and parts will end up in the scrap yard. If you'd like, I'm happy to show the vehicles and the collection to you, but you'll have to come to Charlottesville. I can take as many pictures as you want, but know that I can't identify Mazda parts by sight. If you really want these cars and tools and parts, but can't pick them up, I'm happy to pack everything up and deliver them for a fee to you (where ever you are). We can work that out, but it must be done before the end of the auction. So, to summarize everything here, one more time: 2 cars, 40 years of parts and tools, all for a no reserve auction, you have to pick it up by the end of the first week in March, or have me deliver it to you, shortly thereafter.
